The National Black Lawyers is a professional development and networking organization of leading African American attorneys from across the country.

Membership in the Top 100 is by invitation only and limited to 100 attorneys in each state. Members are selected through a multi-phase process that includes peer nominations, Executive Committee referrals, and independent research into each attorney’s achievements.

Jonelle is a Shareholder in our Land Use and Zoning practice group in the Prince William office. She joined the firm in 2013 and was named Shareholder in 2021. She represents national and regional developers, local businesses, and religious institutions seeking rezonings, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, and zoning verifications in Prince William County and the surrounding jurisdictions.

The honor is a testament to Jonelle’s dedication to the region and the quality of work she brings to every project.
