A native Northern Virginian, Tim graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1991. He returned to Arlington and attended the George Mason University School of Law, where he was honored enin as a Dean's Scholar and served as a law review editor. Prior to law school, Tim worked as a legal assistant in a civil litigation practice in the District of Columbia. After graduating from law school in 1995, Tim served a two-year term as a judicial law clerk on the Court of Appeals of Virginia before joining the firm in the Fall of 1997. Tim is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He works primarily in the firm's land use section.
