John E. Rinaldi John is a native of Northern Virginia with a family background in the construction and development industries. His practice is primarily focused on litigation in real estate, construction, and development, including mechanic's liens, title, title insurance, and business law. The remainder of John's practice incorporates real estate transactions and larger general business issues.

He is a member of the Real Estate, Bankruptcy, and Construction Law sections of the Virginia State Bar. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Prince William Chapter of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and sits on the regional Board of Directors for NVBIA.

A graduate of Randolph-Macon College and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, John is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Virginia Federal District Courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, all Virginia state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
