As Managing

office, Mike is one of Northern Virginia's most recognizable
and premier land-use attorneys. For several years his principal
areas of practice have been rezonings, land use, commercial
real estate and business law. He is and has been at the forefront
of numerous controversial and successful rezoning cases in
the Counties of Prince William and Stafford. He is known not

managed but also for the size and significance of those rezonings,
including several large mixed-use projects.

has established an excellent rapport with local residents,
the business community and public officials. Much of this
compatibility he obtained through community involvement and
sharing of his expertise with various professional organizations
as a speaker or panel member. He is a member of several community
organizations including the Potomac Hospital Board of Trustees
and its Foundation Board and the Board of Directors of Cardinal
Bank. Mike has also served as a former Member or Director
