Chris Holaday is a paralegal who works primarily with Tom Colucci. A graduate of the George Washington University Legal Assistant Program, Chris has been with the firm since 1985. Since that time, Chris has specialized in condominium and homeowner association documents. She works extensively with developers, engineers, and management companies in producing public offering statements and registration documents for both new construction as well as conversion projects. Her familiarity with Virginia laws, regulations and local ordinances is well recognized within the firm and among her clients. Chris also stays informed with regards to FNMA, VA and FHA regulations.
