Bryan works primarily in the transactional and development areas of the firm’s practice, representing clients in commercial loan closings, negotiating and preparing contracts, leases and development agreements, preparing subdivision and easement deeds and related development documents, and creating homeowners associations and commercial associations. In addition, Bryan assists developers and builders in the entitlements process. Bryan also prepares various corporate, partnership and limited liability company documents.

Bryan, a native of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, is a 1988 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida (B.A. History) and a 1991 graduate of the College of William & Mary (J.D.). He is a member of the Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania State Bars and the Prince William County, Virginia and Fairfax County, Virginia Bar Associations. Bryan served a term as the Prince William County Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Liaison to the Virginia State Bar.
