Jay is a Northern Virginia native and has focused his practice in the areas of rezoning, land use, real estate and business law in Northern Virginia since graduating from Catholic University in 1982. He has successfully handled land use applications throughout Northern Virginia, Prince William and Stafford Counties.

In addition to development-related activities such as NVBIA and the Prince William County Zoning Ordinance Review Committee, Jay has served as President and Director of the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce, numerous charitable committees and several County appointed task forces and committees. As a result, Jay is not only well known, but has the breadth of experience to balance County and community goals and concerns with those of his clients to achieve successful land use decisions.

Jay enjoys spending his leisure time in outdoor activities with his family and observing his daughter's school and sports activities.
