Peg is a legal assistant who works primarily with Mark Goetzman and Tom Colucci in the Real Estate Transactional Department. She graduated from the Paralegal Institute in 1980. Prior to joining the firm in August 2001, she worked for 13 years at Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. where she focused on commercial real estate transactions. Her background has required her to enhance skills necessary to establish and maintain corporate, limited partnership and limited liability entities. These skills include drafting and filing organizational documents, preparing foreign qualification forms, drafting resolutions, establishing working relationships with various clerks in state and county offices and keeping track of new and upcoming changes in pertinent statutes. She has also assisted in drafting conveyance documents, reviewing title and loan documents, and ensuring proper execution and distribution of closing documents.
